Description
Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting in Tucson is looking for a professional and energetic individual to fill a position as Assistant Manager/Salesperson. This is not just a job, this is a true opportunity to join our growing company. We are Cambridge Automotive Group and we operate 4 Maaco Centers in Arizona and have over 40 Maaco Centers in the Central/Western United States. Our plan is to have 100 Centers by the end of 2019.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities will be ensuring our customers have a positive repair experiences by effectively selling Paint and Collision Services.

Qualifications
Previous success in sales is a must - along with a desire to make money based on performance. At least two years of customer service/sales experience is required. Our most successful Assistant Manager/Salespeople have backgrounds in Automotive Service, Parts and Repair. Previous Automotive experience is helpful, but not a requirement.
