Description
Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting in Kingman is looking for a professional, self-motivated and energetic individual to fill a position as General Manager. This is not just a job, this is a true opportunity to join our growing company. We are Cambridge Automotive Group and we operate 4 Maaco Centers in Arizona and have over 40 Maaco Centers in the Central/Western United States. Our plan is to have 100 Centers by the end of 2019.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities will be ensuring our customers have a positive repair experiences by effectively managing the day-to-day shop activities.

-Production Management
-Administrative Management
Qualifications
Previous success in sales and leadership are a must - along with a desire to make money based on performance. At least three years of customer service/sales/managerial experience is required. Our most successful General Managers have backgrounds in Automotive Service, Parts and Repair. Previous Automotive experience is helpful, but not a requirement.
